Returns & Refunds

1. Return Instruction
All returns require a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) within 7(seven) days after the receiving date for an exchange or refund. Otherwise, the product will be considered as damaged by the customer. Items without RMA number will not be accepted. RMA # is good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. Please email us at sales01@ePartstock.com to submit your return request. All returns will be evaluated by our technical team. Please confirm that your personal info is accurate and effective. Your cooperation and confirmation is required while connection. ePartstock.com is not responsible for refund for losing connection with customer. We will not handle your case any longer in fourteen (14) days. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

2. Wrong Item 
If you received a product different from that you ordered, you has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request a RMA number. You must return the product in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards included. RMA #must be on the shipping label, not on item packaging. Returns without valid RMA numbers will be discarded. Damages or missing accessories on the product, you need to pay from at least 20% of the price of the product to full charge.

If you made a wrong order, you have seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request return or exchange. For return product, you will get 80% refund and pay all the shipping charges. The product must be returned in original condition with all miscellaneous accessories included. Damages or missing accessories on the product, you need to pay from at least 20% of the price of the product to full charge.

3. Defective Item 
The limited warranty applicable the product bought from ePartstock.com is 60 days. 60-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer. Otherwise, ePartstock.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 60 days of ownership only. The warranty protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and any manufacturing defects. After first 60 days, only the warranty provided by the original manufacturer will be in effect. Warranties may vary by products or manufacturers.

4. Lost Item
An item is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery in US only. After the 6th week, the buyer is eligible for a full refund or a reship. ePartstock.com is responsible for the reshipping fee. However, to international orders, Processing of Clearance in Customs may cause delay.

5. Out-of-Stock Item 
As for the out-of-stock item, if the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item and if he has already paid by PayPal, then the charges will be reimbursed via PayPal. If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item and if he has chosen to pay by credit card, then the item and the order will be simply cancelled. The credit card will not be charged.

6. International Returns 
International Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and loss or damage of return shipments. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. ePartstock.com is not responsible for any taxes and duties generated by the laws and policies of your local government as well as other handling fees.

7. General 
You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product. All shipping charges are NON-Refundable unless agreed by ePartstock.com. 20% restocking fee is required if shipment is refused at time of delivery. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by ePartstock.com, ePartstock.com is not responsible for product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a 20% restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by ePartstock.com.
